QAlign
QAlign is a graphical framework for constructing multiple alignments. It supports various alignment algorithms, editor functions and phylogenetic analysis features.
Fragment-Based Hyperspace Alignment
A first algorithm with promising results has been developed (see publication list for details). The implementation will be released within the QAlign software package, please contact me for a pre-release version.
